Here are some of my most favorite links. Some shopping, some historical, some just plain fun (in no particular order)

M.A.D
The designers of my beautiful website. The Sausalito, California, based design firm of M.A.D. pushes the boundaries of design with its exuberant graphics and eye-popping interactive work. Formed in 1987 by graphic designers Erik Adigard and Patricia McShane, M.A.D. has produced award-winning conceptual graphic design and illustration, most notably the signature editorial design and imagery of Wired, as well as the magazine's Internet presence. M.A.D. has also brought its unmistakable look to ABC/Disney, Apple, Lotus, Microsoft, and Sony, in addition to exhibiting print graphics and interactive multimedia at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum in New York.

French Hand Laundry
(626)792-3881 - Pasadena CA

When I was looking to have a hand painted Zandra cleaned, I called Zandra Rhodes in the US and they advised me to call Susan at the French Hand Laundry in Pasadena. I sent the dress, and it was returned a few weeks later in perfect condition. They even made a box so she wouldn't be crushed in the shipping, and stuffed her full of acid free paper, for under $100. I hand wash or dry clean most of my garments, but for the very fine pieces, Susan gets my business.

Charlie Jenkins Ideas In Glass
Another of my favorite glass artisans. Located in Oakland California, Charlie's work is creating quite a buzz. His range of work stretches from utilitarian sconces and lighting, to amazing one of a kind sculptures.

Terril Clark Art Glass
Finally, let me introduce you to Terril... an amazing artist and an incredible woman. Her pieces are very unique, whimsical and beautiful. Take a gander and you will see what I am talking about.
