Return Policy
This is a tricky area. On the one hand, I want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. On the other hand, I know there are a few bad apples who "rent" dresses by buying, wearing then returning. In order to extend a return policy there are some strict guidelines. First, you must return the item within 3 days of delivery. This applies even if someone else accepted the package when you were out of town. Secondly, the item must be returned in exactly the same condition that it left in. I know my garments intimately, so don't try to pull any fast ones :) Thirdly, returns may be subject to a "restocking fee" which will be based on the type of payment you use. I keep this fee at the bare minimum to cover my costs to process the payment, and it will usually be around 5% - 10%. Shipping is not included in the refund and return shipping is paid by you as well.
There are some items that will not be returnable and that fact will be disclosed in the item description. For the most part, it is the "collectors pieces" that will not be returnable, simply to discourage the casual "gawker" from buying something just to see, or study it. I may be open to a rental situation from time to time, but it would be conditional to the garment and to the purpose of the rental. Please contact me to discuss any of these terms if you have any questions or concerns.

Layaway
I happily accept layaway should you need to pay your purchase off over a few months. Just email me and we can work out a plan that suits us both. Layaway items can be returned, but only for store credit towards a future purchase. No cash refunds can be given for layaway purchases. I do not charge interest on lay away plans.
Ordering
Orders are taken first come first served. Please note that some items may not be available even if they are not marked as sold. Orders may be placed with my secure check out cart system, or you may e-mail or call if you rather. The sale is not final until your payment is processed/received. I will hold an item for up to 5 days if you wish to mail your payment or need time to pay. Credit card orders on the secure server are processed manually after I have contacted the buyer about shipping charges. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, though this would be only for an extreme circumstance. If you discover a discrepancy on my secure check out, please let me know right away and I will clarify or fix the problem.

Shipping Policy
I don't believe in trumped up shipping fees. Shipping is costly enough so I only charge the actual cost of the postage, and possibly the cost of the packing materials if I need to purchase a special box. I am into recycling boxes, to both save trees and to save you money, so please don't be put off by a not so pretty box. The items inside will be well wrapped and protected.
When you purchase items using the shopping cart, simply enter your shipping and payment information, then I will email you with the shipping prices after you complete the check out. After we agree on shipping terms, your card payment will be processed, or you may send the payment. If I don't receive a response from you in a day or two, and you gave a credit card number, I will ship via the least expensive method, with full insurance. Often times, shipping will be free, or discounted.
I usually ship USPS, but if you have a preference in a shipping company, I will follow your wishes. If you have an account with a company and would like to use it, that's great, just let me know the necessary codes/numbers and you can take care of the cost on your end. I will always insist on insurance for purchases over $20, unless you provide written notice that you take full responsibility for a lost or damaged item.

Sizing - Will it Fit???
I measure my garments flat across, then multiply by two for bust waist, hips, etc. My advice is for you to find a similar garment to the one you are considering, then measure it flat as I do. If you have an area that you are unsure about, just e-mail me and I would be happy to give you a more detailed measurement. Measure your clothes, not your body, and be sure to give an allowance for heavier fabrics.
