It is 100% silk, and is very, very soft and slinky. It has the classic 70s Gucci label at the neck, and five (at the neck, pockets and wrists) divine mother of pearl buttons carved with the double G logo. The bodice has an attached undershirt which can be left open or closed at the neck. There are also two side slits for a bit of extra sex appeal. The dress can be worn belted as pictured, or the sash could be removed if you wanted a straight shirt-dress look.

The dress is in near mint condition. There are two very slight pulls in the silk on outer side of each chest pockets, but neither would be seen when worn. Two buttons show a little chipping at the edges, but I believe that the "damage" was done during the production of the buttons and was not from the use of the former owner. In fact, if this dress was worn more than once I would be surprised.
