.. This awesome skirt looks like something Rudi Gernrich would have created in the 60s, but it was produced years before he was doing anything like it. It is an Italian knit, I'm not sure if its a wool/cotton blend or some fancy synthetic. The knit is superb, tight, soft and stretchy. The pattern is true op-art, tricking the eye to believe there is movement. Its a skinny pencil cut, with a side metal zipper and full silk lining. It is truly a unique, beautiful garment.
