| .. This is not a typical Parnis dress. Generally her style is more austere , this dress is just downright fun! .. The fabric is devore silk (I believe it is silk, there are no fabric labels to back me up), the beautiful flowers remain after the silk was voided to the sheer yellow background. The pattern is super fresh, and really quite artistic. Under the sheer floral fabric is a layer of silk organza over silk charmeuse. It is uber luxurious and very striking. The matching belt is removable should you wish to wear a more trendy belt with the dress.
