.. This dress is so lovely, and is incredibly sexy. It is a totally body conscious, skin tight, form fitting dress. The fabrics are a rayon/nylon blend with lots of stretch. The outer layer is black tulle with silver leaves, its kind of a burn out jacquard, not a velvet, just the voided places are left with tulle. The under layer is royal blue, also with the leaf pattern, just its blue tulle and blue leaves. With the two fabrics layered the look is rich and multi dimensional.

.. The body of the dress is pretty straightforward, form fitting. The neckline and shoulders are pure Westwood, punky Victorian. The neck has a black ruffle, the shoulders, a little puff and a touch of black tulle at the edge.
