.. This is a wickedly wonderful dress indeed! The body of the dress is made from a uber luxe cotton velveteen, the shoulders and sleeves is a sheer, gossamer, slightly shimmery knit with bands of fuzzy rayon chenille woven in. It has the look of a top worn under a dress, but indeed, it is all one piece.

.. The dress is super sexy and quite unique. I love the little free hanging velvet bands on the arms, and the classic detail on the hips that look like upside down pockets. The dress is fully lined and comes with its matching velveteen belt.
