.. Chanel: 1960s CC Logo Gold Link Belt

.. I was fortunate to get my hands on three very special Chanel pieces dating to the 1960s, made during the lifetime of Coco Chanel, for her couture creations.

.. This belt is quite special. Its gold tone metal, the gold it really bright and shows no wear other than a few light scratches... its nearly 50 years old, that kind of wear is extremely light for a piece of this age.

 
..The large, open, rectangular links are about 1 1/2" x 1". They are linked by smaller solid bands that are like squashed tubes.  Each band is adorned with a CC logo.  The belt fastens with a long hook the same width as the band links. It is also adorned with the CC logo. It is a magnificent piece, a must have for any serious Chanel jewelry collector!
