.. This is a red hot creation by the ever wonderful Bill Blass. The dress is made from 2 layers of silk chiffon over a layer of silk crepe. The chiffon layers overlap like the petals of a rose bud crossing over in the middle. Its a gorgeous and graceful look. There is a hidden zipper down the side. The top is a simple tank style, perfect for a little shrug or your favorite pashmina.
