.. There really is nothing like the feeling of slipping on a piece of Dior Couture. Sadly, only a very few ever encounter this luxury, but I do hope all of you find one of your liking someday.

.. This dress is just dreamy. The fabric is super soft wool, or perhaps a wool/cashmere blend. Its a jet black and bright white tweed that from afar looks gray, but is so striking up close. It is, of course, lined in black silk.

.. The dress is unique for Dior couture in that it's actually wearable! Its not too fancy, not at all dowdy. Its simple and chic, the kind of dress that can be worn to any occasion, or even for a business meeting. Check out the 3 1/2" wide waist band, and how the skirt below it is lightly pleated in the front and not at all pleated in the back. The kick pleat in the back allows for free movement.
