..This is by far one of the grooviest Donald Brooks dresses I have ever seen. I simply adore it for the bold, striking colors and impecible styling.
..The fabric is either a very high quality polished cotton or a cotton silk blend. The bow/belt is pink velvet ribbon, and the dress even comes with a lime green organza slip/petticoat. It is a heavy garment, due to the 4 layers of 4" ruffles at the hem. I should also mention the plunging neckline surrounded by two layers of 1 1/2" ruffles.
..The dress is in perfect condition, the slip has a little tear, but its a slip so that little flaw will never be known. This dress if for the wild flowers, definitely not for any wall flowers.
