.. There are no fancy designer labels, but this is a really fun, fabulous, well made dress that is totally in line with Swank style.

.. The fabric is floaty silk chiffon printed in wild jewel tone swirly psychedellia. Three layers of chiffon start at the bodice, one goes full to the floor, one is cut at a diagonal to end one point at the hem, one low on the hip, and the third creates a blouse effect on the bodice. Its a simple tank style, with no closures. The dress is lined in blue silk. There is a large scarf that can be worn as a belt, or as a shawl.
