.. This jacket is just wonderful. It reminds me of Halston's "fireworks" dress, and it may be from the same season as that famous piece.

.. The jacket is unlike most beaded or sequence Halston pieces I have found. The base is black mesh, a very open weave. The decoration is very small sequins in silver, gold, sapphire blue, emerald green, ruby red and iridescent white.

.. The jacket has a classic dolman sleeves, so the back is perfectly seamless to add to the drama of the decoration. The front of the jacket has no closures.
