.. This is a gorgeous set by Lee Bender (of Bus Stop fame). They style is very in time with her contemporaries Biba and Ossie Clark.
.. The pane velvet is 82% Triacetate and 18% nylon. It is very light, and very soft to the touch.
..The little jacket has gorgeous, flowing 3/4 length sleeves. The sleeves don't flare out like most Biba's do, but rather they start huge at the armholes and go straight out from there. There are lovely pintucks at the bust and a single, large plastic, deco clasp at the navel. The skirt has a gorgeous flair that echoes the grace of the sleeves.
