.. 100% cotton, made in France, it is just adorable. I love the bold floral print, and the breezy, beachy style. It ties in front like a sarong, and is open all the way down, so undergarments will be necessary. I believe it was designed to be worn as a dress, but as you can see below, it works as a skirt too.
