..The cut of the dress is equally wonderful. Though it is not tailored to the body, there are lots of couture details in play to make the piece come alive. The slouch neckline takes form with two little buttons on either shoulder, and from there it comes down to a V at the navel, then opens back up with a downward V to the hem. The V is again repeated on the back, at the nape of the neck, then from the small of the back to the hem. The front and back hem are also Vd to points in the center, with the front hem becoming a more severe point than the back.
